The company from which Volanul had borne was founded in 1968 and had the main activity of internal transportation from the beginning till it changed the organizational status in 1991.

Volanul was established in 1991 having the headquarter located in a strategic point at the crossroads of DN7 Arad-Deva and the out road of Arad.

In 1994 Volanul was privatised being the first private company in its field of domestic and international road transportation from Romania. It was about a management buy-out procedures, so, the management owning more of 51% from the company's shares.

It was about pasion and confidence in our knowledge and in our employees . From then, EVERY DAY we invest in people, vehicles and equipments for our state of art auto service.

Volanul's activity had continuing improvements and developments, the quality of transportation and mechanical services convincing more and more clients and partners (SCANIA, SCHMITZ, ROMTRAILER).

Today we run more than 3 million of km per year with our vehicles, SCANIA, MAN and VOLVO trucks respecting international standards of EUR 1, EUR 2 or EUR 3.

We do transportation in all Europa, but we are specilized in Italy, Austria and Germany, countries were our business relations was developed step by step during years and together with serious partners.
